Shipping rates
We currently offer flat rate shipping, calculated based on the delivery country. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In the meantime, please find a list of countries that we ship to, including the cost of shipping to each.

All orders shipped outside of the UK ARE NOT charged UK VAT but may be charged local taxes and duties at the applicable rates. These costs are 100% the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by our courier if they are due.
All orders shipped to the UK are priced inclusive of UK VAT.
What if my country is not on the list?
If your country is not listed above, we cannot ship directly to you. In this scenario, you may choose to use a forwarding service (e.g. Aramex ‘Shop and Ship’).
Please note we can only take responsibility for delivery to the shipping address on your order. If a return is necessary, we can only process this return from the shipping address on your original order. If the product needs to be returned from a country not listed above, you will need to arrange this independently and are responsible for all costs associated with the return. We recommend that all shipments that you arrange independently are insured to cover any losses.
Please be aware that any spare or replacement parts covered under warranty, for orders made via a forwarding agent, can only be shipped to the original shipping address.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. You will also receive an email notification from our shipping partner. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
